I cannot determine the authenticity of your specific item without physical inspection. Generally, Funko Pop! Icons figures are distinguished by their larger size, premium paint applications, and specific packaging, so you should verify that your figure matches the official 2019 release specifications and check for a legitimate Funko holographic sticker on the box. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Icons figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, with particular attention to the detailed scales and mane of the Merlion. Verify that the figure is securely seated on its base and that the packaging, if present, is free of significant damage, as the original box often contributes to the item's value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a third-party grading service, though this is less common for standard vinyl figures than for trading cards.
