Common questions about the Merryn Pop! Rides from Funko (2016).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Merryn Pop! Rides figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2016 release wave, and while specific color variants may be less common, the base figure remains widely available in the secondary market.
I cannot find reliable information to determine the current market value of the Merryn Pop! Rides figure. Prices for specific Funko Pop! items fluctuate based on condition, rarity, and regional demand, so I recommend checking recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay or StockX for an accurate appraisal.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it directly. To authenticate a Funko Pop, you should check for a holographic sticker on the box, ensure the figure has the correct SKU (18) and year (2016) printed on the packaging, and inspect the figure for consistent paint application and the standard Funko logo on the base.
The Merryn Pop! Rides was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Merryn Pop! Rides figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2016 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any new purchases must be sourced from the secondary market, such as online resale platforms or local collectibles shops.
Condition-checking a Merryn Pop! Rides figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and stress cracks, with particular attention to the horse's mane, tail, and the rider's hair, as these fine details are prone to damage. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated on the horse and that the base is free from scuffs or discoloration. Since this is a standard mass-produced vinyl item, it is generally not sent to professional grading services like PSA, so your assessment should rely on visual inspection under bright light and comparison to known factory flaws.
