The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television is not considered rare. It was part of a standard mass-production wave released in 2014, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online at the time. While finding a new, unopened figure may be difficult today due to its age, it remains a common collectible with a stable and accessible secondary market.
The 2014 Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television figure, SKU 118, is a common item that typically sells for between $5 and $15 in used condition. Its value is generally lower than the standard Michael Bluth figure due to the inclusion of the banana stand accessory, which makes it less desirable for collectors seeking a clean display. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on the condition of the figure and the completeness of the packaging.
To authenticate your Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television, first verify that the figure is manufactured by Funko and that the packaging displays the correct SKU number 118. Examine the physical details, such as the paint application on the banana stand and the sculpting of Michael’s face, ensuring they match official reference images for the 2014 release. While there is no single definitive test for authenticity, significant deviations in weight, texture, or logo placement compared to known genuine examples are strong indicators of a counterfeit.
The Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television was released in 2014 by Funko.
The Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television figure is currently out of print and no longer available for purchase directly from Funko. As a 2014 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is only accessible through the secondary market via third-party resellers.
To condition-check a Michael Bluth (Banana Stand) Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or hairline cracks, paying close attention to the banana stand accessory and the character's facial features. Verify that the figure is securely seated within the window of the original box and that the box itself is free from significant shelf wear, creases, or damage. While third-party grading services like CGC can provide a standardized score, most collectors assess value based on the figure's visual integrity and the box's preservation.
