The Michael Jackson (Billie Jean) Pop! Rocks is not considered rare. Its value is typically low, often trading for less than its original retail price in the secondary market.
The Michael Jackson (Billie Jean) Pop! Rocks (SKU 22) is a standard 2013 release that is widely available on the secondary market. In mint condition, it typically sells for between $5 and $15, while used copies often trade for less than $5. Because this figure is not a rare variant, its value remains low and stable compared to limited edition or exclusive releases.
It is important to clarify that Funko did not produce a "Pop! Rocks" line for Michael Jackson in 2013; the company released standard vinyl Pop! Vinyl figures and later launched the Pop! Rocks candy line in 2021. Because the specific item described does not align with Funko’s historical product releases, it is likely a misidentified item, a third-party novelty product, or a counterfeit. To authenticate any Funko product, you should verify the packaging for the official Funko logo, check for a unique SKU number on the box, and compare the figure’s paint application and sculpting details against official images from the manufacturer’s website.

To grade a Michael Jackson (Billie Jean) Pop! Rocks, inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, and mold lines, as these are the primary factors affecting its value. Check the packaging for any tears, creases, or fading, since the condition of the box is critical for sealed items. If the figure is loose, look for signs of wear on the base and verify that the paint on the jacket and hair is intact. For a formal grade, submit the item to a recognized third-party grading service, though many collectors simply assess it visually based on the presence of these common defects.
