Pop! Rocks are miniature vinyl figures, and their condition is primarily assessed by inspecting the surface for manufacturing defects such as paint chips, scratches, or mold lines, as well as checking for any damage to the small base. Because these items are significantly smaller than standard Pop! figures, they are not typically submitted to major third-party grading companies like PSA or Beckett for slabbing, so their value is generally determined by their state of preservation within the original packaging.
