No, the Michael Myers Pop! Movies (SKU 1156) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released in 2021 as part of Funko's regular catalog, meaning it was widely distributed and is generally easy to find in retail stores or online marketplaces.
The value of a Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1156) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. Generally, an unopened, mint-condition figure typically retails between $10 and $15, while opened figures usually sell for less, often in the range of $5 to $10. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific condition of the vinyl and packaging.
To authenticate your Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the SKU 1156 is printed on the bottom of the base and matches the number on the box. Examine the paint application and sculpting for quality, as genuine Funko figures typically have clean lines and consistent color saturation, whereas counterfeits often feature blurry details or off-color plastic. You can also cross-reference the box art and font style against official Funko listings, noting that authentic 2021 releases will have standard manufacturing marks and no excessive glue residue. If the figure feels unusually light or the plastic has a rough texture, it is likely a replica.

Funko has discontinued the Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1156), so it is no longer in print or available to purchase new from official retailers. To condition-check a Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface for any cracks, chips, or paint transfers, paying close attention to the knife blade and the face mask. Verify that the eyes are properly aligned and that the figure stands upright without wobbling, which can indicate a loose joint or base issue. Additionally, check the packaging for any signs of damage, such as crushed corners or broken seals, if you are evaluating the item in its original box.
