Common questions about the Michael Myers Pop! Movies from Funko (2011).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the original 2011 release of the Pop! Movies line, making it one of the most common and widely available figures in the franchise. While early production runs can sometimes command slightly higher prices in pristine condition, the figure remains easily accessible in the secondary market.
The value of the 2011 Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure (SKU 03) varies significantly based on condition and packaging, but it generally sells for between $10 and $25 in the secondary market. Because this is a common release from a major franchise, it does not command a premium price compared to limited-edition or rare variants. Prices for sealed figures in mint condition may sit at the higher end of that range, while loose figures typically sell for less.
To authenticate your Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and the specific SKU number 03, which corresponds to the 2011 release. Examine the figure’s paint application and sculpting for consistency with known production standards, as counterfeit items often feature blurred details, misaligned eyes, or poor paint coverage. You can also cross-reference the figure’s dimensions and weight against verified listings from reputable secondary marketplaces, though note that Funko has not issued a specific authentication program for vintage 2011 releases.

The Michael Myers Pop! Movies figure (SKU 03) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It was part of the original 2011 release line and has since been discontinued, meaning new stock is no longer produced. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market.
There is no official grading service for Funko Pops, so you should assess the condition yourself by checking for common defects like paint transfer, scratches, or misaligned parts. Pay close attention to the eyes, which are prone to chipping, and ensure the figure is securely seated within its original window box. If the box is damaged or missing, the item is considered loose, which significantly impacts its value compared to a sealed, mint-condition figure.
