The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Michael Myers with Myers House Pop! Town is not considered rare. It was part of a standard retail release for the Pop! Town line in 2021 and was widely available in stores and online. While specific variants like Chase figures are rare, this standard edition is common and generally easy to find in the secondary market.
The Michael Myers with Myers House Pop! Town (Funko SKU 25) is a standard retail release from 2021 that typically sells for between $10 and $20 in new condition. Because it is a common item from a popular series, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail price, and used copies often trade for less.
Authenticating a specific Funko Pop! Town set like the Michael Myers with Myers House (SKU 25) requires a physical inspection, as I cannot verify the authenticity of your individual item remotely. To check for yourself, examine the paint quality for bleeding or excess, ensure the vinyl has a consistent matte finish without glossy spots, and verify that the box printing is sharp with correct color alignment. Additionally, check the bottom of the figure for a clean, uniform mold line and confirm that the SKU 25 and copyright date on the box match official 2021 release records. If the figure feels lightweight, has loose joints, or the packaging appears off-brand, it is likely a counterfeit.
The Michael Myers with Myers House Pop! Town was released in 2021 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Pop! Town series, meaning the Michael Myers with Myers House set is no longer in print. Consequently, it is not available to purchase new from official retail channels or the Funko website. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market, where prices often exceed the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Town set involves inspecting the vinyl figures for surface scratches, paint chips, and seam lines, as well as verifying that the plastic house structure is intact and free from cracks. You should also examine the base for any scuffing or damage that might affect stability. Because these items are mass-produced collectibles, there is no standardized third-party grading service for individual units, so value is determined by the overall visual condition of the components.
