No, this figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's television line that was released in 2023 and is widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces.
The value of a Michael Scott With Check Pop! Television (SKU 1395) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it remains in its original sealed box. As a standard retail release from 2023, the loose figure typically sells for a modest amount, often under $10, while a sealed box may command a slightly higher price, generally ranging between $10 and $20. I cannot provide a precise current market value without real-time access to live sales data from platforms like eBay or StockX.
You can authenticate your Michael Scott With Check Pop! Television by checking the bottom of the figure for a clear, raised "Funko" logo and the year of manufacture, which should be 2023. The packaging should feature the official Funko Pop! branding, the specific character name, and the SKU number 1395 printed on the box. Additionally, the figure should have a distinct, molded check accessory that is securely attached to the character's hand, and the paint application on the face and clothing should be clean without significant bleeding or misalignment.
The Michael Scott With Check Pop! Television was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly release a definitive list of which specific Pop! figures are currently out of print, so the exact production status of the Michael Scott With Check Television figure cannot be confirmed with certainty. However, because this item is a specific variant released in 2023, it is frequently sold out at major retailers and often commands a premium price on the secondary market, suggesting it may no longer be in active production.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or chipped plastic, and verifying that the eyes are properly aligned. For the "With Check" variant, pay specific attention to the accessory to ensure the check is intact, free of creases, and securely attached if it is a separate piece. While third-party grading services like PSA or CGC can assign a numerical grade, most collectors assess value based on the item being "Mint in Box" (MIB) with no visible damage to the figure or packaging.
