To condition-check a Funko Pop! vinyl figure, inspect the head and body for any paint chips, scratches, or mold lines, and verify that the eyes are properly aligned and free of smudges. Check the base for scuffs and ensure the figure stands upright without wobbling, which can indicate a loose joint or manufacturing defect. If you intend to grade the item for a professional service like PSA, the figure must be in its original, unopened packaging with no signs of tampering, as graded figures are evaluated based on the condition of the box and the seal.
