Common questions about the Migo Pop! Movies from Funko (2018).

No, the Migo Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2018 movie collection that was widely distributed in retail stores and online retailers. Because it was part of a large print run and is not a limited edition, it remains readily available in the secondary market.
The Migo Pop! Movies figure (SKU 598) is a standard retail item from 2018, and its value is typically determined by its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. As a common release from a major franchise, it does not command a significant premium on the secondary market, generally trading for a modest amount comparable to its original retail price. Specific market fluctuations can vary, so checking current listings on platforms like eBay is the best way to determine its exact current worth.
To authenticate your Migo Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself has a smooth, consistent paint application without visible mold lines or air bubbles. Check the base of the figure for the correct copyright year and the "Funko" logo, which should be crisp and not smudged. Additionally, compare the specific SKU 598 against official Funko product listings to ensure the packaging design and character details match the 2018 release specifications. If the figure feels lightweight, has a strong chemical smell, or displays poor articulation, it is likely a counterfeit.

Funko has discontinued the Migo Pop! Movies figure (SKU 598), so it is no longer in print or available to buy new from the manufacturer. Because the item is out of production, new copies are generally only found in the secondary market, where prices and availability fluctuate based on condition and demand.
Condition-checking a Migo Pop! Vinyl involves inspecting the figure for surface scratches, paint chips, and signs of "pop burn" (yellowing) on the plastic, particularly on the head and hands. You should also verify that the eyes are intact and aligned, and check the base for any cracks or scuffing. While third-party grading services like Beckett or PSA can provide a standardized grade, most collectors assess these items visually against a "mint" reference to determine their value.
