Common questions about the Miguel With Guitar Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Miguel With Guitar Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item from the widely distributed Disney Pop! line. It was released as part of the regular catalog and remains commonly available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The value of a Miguel With Guitar Pop! Disney figure (SKU 741) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in the original box. As a standard retail item, its value is generally comparable to its original retail price, typically ranging from $10 to $15, with sealed copies occasionally commanding a small premium. Unopened figures from this specific SKU do not typically appreciate significantly beyond their retail value in the secondary market.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Miguel With Guitar (SKU 741), first verify that the box is sealed with the original shrink wrap and displays the correct product name, character image, and the Funko logo. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the standard "Funko" branding on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing, off-color plastic, or missing details. While there is no single definitive test for a specific SKU, comparing your item side-by-side with high-resolution images from the official Funko website or a reputable retailer can help identify discrepancies in scale, facial features, or accessory design.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the specific release date for the Miguel With Guitar Pop! Disney figure (SKU 741). While this figure is part of the Disney Pop! line associated with the film *Coco*, Funko does not always publish precise launch dates for individual SKUs in their official records.
Funko Pop! figures are generally produced on a limited-run basis, and specific items like the Miguel With Guitar (SKU 741) are frequently discontinued once their initial production run is exhausted. While Funko does not always publish a real-time inventory status for every individual SKU, this figure is widely considered out of print and is typically only available through the secondary market from third-party resellers.
To grade a Miguel With Guitar Pop! Disney, you should examine the vinyl surface for scratches, cracks, or paint chips, paying close attention to the guitar strings and facial features where damage is most common. Check the base for scuffs and ensure the figure stands upright without wobbling, as a loose joint indicates internal structural issues. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a third-party service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these specific condition factors.
