I cannot definitively authenticate a specific physical item without a visual inspection, but you can verify the authenticity of a Mike Donovan Pop! Television (SKU 1056) by checking for high-quality paint application, sharp molding details, and the correct Funko logo on the base. Genuine 2020 releases typically feature a specific font style on the packaging and a holographic sticker on the box, while counterfeits often exhibit sloppy paint bleed, misaligned eyes, or blurry text. If the figure lacks these quality markers, it is likely a replica.

Condition-checking a Mike Donovan Pop! Television involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, as well as verifying that the window box is free of cracks, creases, and significant scuffing. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's preservation. Be aware that standard Pop! figures are generally not graded by major hobby grading companies like CGC, so any valuation will likely rely on visual inspection of the box and figure condition.
