Grading a Mini Puft (Zapped) Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and the integrity of the zapped effect, which is prone to chipping. You should also verify that the figure is securely attached to its base and that the original packaging is free from significant creases, tears, or fading.
