Grading a Hot Toys MMS 173 City Hunter involves inspecting the figure for common manufacturing flaws such as paint transfer, seam lines, and loose joints, as well as checking the included accessories and packaging for completeness. Since Hot Toys figures are generally not submitted to third-party grading services like PSA for a numerical score, condition is typically assessed by collectors based on the presence of original packaging, manual, and all included parts. For a definitive valuation, you should compare your specific unit against recent sold listings for the MMS173 SKU to account for market variations in condition.
