Based on the provided SKU (901855) and UPC (4900000000000), this item does not appear to be a genuine Hot Toys product, as Hot Toys typically uses 12-digit UPCs starting with 06 or 07 and does not use the "MMS" prefix for their standard 1/6 scale figures. Grading a Hot Toys MMS 174 Captain America requires a detailed inspection of the sculpt for paint transfer, chipping, or molding defects, as well as a check of the articulation points for looseness or stress fractures. You should also examine the fabric costume for pilling, fading, or tears, and verify that all included accessories and the display stand are intact and free of damage. For a formal market value, the figure must be submitted to a professional grading service like CGC for encapsulation, as Hot Toys figures are typically graded on a 10-point scale based on overall condition.
