The MMS 207 Evil Superman is a 1/6 scale collectible figure released by Hot Toys in 2013, and its value fluctuates based on condition, packaging integrity, and current market demand. As a mid-tier figure from a popular manufacturer, it typically trades in the secondary market for a modest premium over its original retail price, often ranging between $50 and $100 depending on whether it is new in box or loose. I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it, and I am not aware of a Hot Toys product with the MPN MMS207 released in 2013. The "MMS" prefix is typically associated with the Marvel Legends line by Hasbro, not Hot Toys, which suggests the product code or manufacturer attribution in your records may be incorrect. The MMS 207 Evil Superman is a 1/6 scale collectible figure, so it is not graded by standard trading card or comic book services like PSA or CGC. To assess its condition, you should inspect the figure for common wear points such as paint transfer on the cape, scratches on the clear parts of the glasses, and stress cracks in the plastic joints. You can also check the articulation points for looseness and verify that the included accessories, such as the Kryptonite and alternate hands, are present and undamaged.
