The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The MMS 21 John J. Rambo figure is not considered rare, as it was a mass-produced item released by Hot Toys in 2007. Being a standard 1/6th scale figure from a major manufacturer, it was widely available through retail channels at the time of its release. Consequently, it remains a common collectible with a stable market presence rather than a scarce item.
I cannot provide a reliable specific market value for the Hot Toys MMS 21 John J. Rambo figure, as pricing for vintage collectibles fluctuates based on condition, packaging integrity, and regional demand. To determine its current worth, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay or consult specialized collectible price guides.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. I also cannot confirm the existence of a Hot Toys "MMS 21 John J. Rambo" figure, as Hot Toys is primarily known for high-end die-cast vehicles and 1/6 scale action figures, not the "MMS" product line, which is not a standard designation for their releases. I recommend checking the manufacturer's official catalog or contacting Hot Toys directly to verify if this specific product was ever produced.

The Hot Toys MMS 21 John J. Rambo figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from the manufacturer. It is a discontinued product from 2007, so any new copies are likely limited to remaining retail stock or unopened third-party inventory, while most available units are used.
The MMS 21 John J. Rambo figure is a 1/6th scale collectible that should be evaluated based on the condition of its paint, fabric, and plastic components. Inspect the fabric pants and shirt for fading, pilling, or stains, and check the plastic armor and accessories for stress cracks, chipping, or discoloration. Verify that the joints and articulation points are intact and free from excessive wear, and ensure the included weapons and accessories are complete and undamaged.
