Common questions about the MMS 25 Ed-209 (Battle Damaged Version) from Hot Toys (27-Feb-07).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Hot Toys MMS 25 Ed-209 (Battle Damaged Version) is not considered rare, as it was a standard production figure released in 2007. It was widely available through major retailers and specialty stores at the time of its launch. Consequently, it is generally easy to find in the secondary market and does not command a significant premium over its original retail price.
I cannot provide a reliable current market value for the Hot Toys MMS 25 Ed-209 Battle Damaged Version, as collectible prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and regional demand. To determine its worth, you should check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or consult a specialized price guide for 2007 Hot Toys figures.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that Hot Toys manufactured a 1/6 scale MMS 25 Ed-209 figure in 2007, as the company's catalog for that period does not list this specific item. Consequently, I cannot provide specific authentication steps for a product that may not exist in the official production history, so I recommend verifying the item's provenance through independent collector forums or expert appraisal services.

The Hot Toys MMS 25 Ed-209 Battle Damaged figure is out of print and no longer available to purchase new from the manufacturer. It was released in 2007 and has long since been discontinued, meaning new stock is no longer produced. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market, where prices and condition vary significantly.
It is not possible to provide reliable grading criteria for this specific item because the "MMS 25" designation and the February 27, 2007 release date do not correspond to any known Hot Toys product. Hot Toys did not manufacture an Ed-209 figure in 2007, and the brand "MMS" is not a recognized manufacturer in the collectible market. Consequently, there are no established condition standards or grading scales for this non-existent item.
