To authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 345 Finn, first verify the MPN MMS345 on the box and check for the official Hot Toys logo and holographic sticker. Inspect the figure's paint application, joint articulation, and accessory quality, as counterfeits often feature sloppy molding or faded colors. Cross-reference the packaging details, such as the barcode and copyright date, against known genuine examples from the 2015 release. If the item lacks the distinctive Hot Toys branding or shows signs of mass-produced inconsistencies, it is likely a replica.

The Hot Toys MMS 345 Finn is a 1/6 scale figure from the Star Wars: The Force Awakens line, released in December 2015. As a 2015 release, it is generally considered out of print and is no longer manufactured by Hot Toys. While it may occasionally appear in the secondary market, finding a new, unopened box is increasingly rare and typically commands a premium price.
To grade or condition-check a Hot Toys MMS 345 Finn, begin by inspecting the head for paint chips, scratches, or loose eyes, as these are common defects in vintage figures. Examine the body for stress cracks, particularly at the joints and neck, and check the limbs for any discoloration or fading. Verify that all included accessories, such as the blaster and blaster stand, are present and free of damage. For a formal grade, submit the figure to a professional grading service like PSA or Beckett, which will assess it on a 10-point scale based on overall condition, paint, and completeness.
