The MMS 363 Black Panther is a legitimate product manufactured by Hot Toys, released in April 2016 as part of their 1/6 scale Marvel Movie Series line. To authenticate your figure, verify that the packaging displays the official Hot Toys logo and the specific MMS363 product code, and inspect the figure for high-quality sculpting, accurate paint application, and the inclusion of all standard accessories such as the weapon and stand. If the packaging appears worn, lacks security seals, or the figure exhibits poor molding quality, it may be a counterfeit, in which case you should consult a professional appraiser or compare it against verified images from Hot Toys' official catalog.

The Hot Toys MMS 363 Black Panther figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from the manufacturer. Grading a Hot Toys MMS 363 Black Panther figure involves a visual inspection of the sculpt for paint transfer, hairline cracks, and discoloration, particularly on the black fabric and metallic accents. You should also check the articulation points for looseness or play and verify that all included accessories, such as the weapons and display stand, are present and undamaged. While professional grading services like CGC or Beckett can provide a standardized score, most collectors assess condition by comparing the item against manufacturer photos and checking for common wear patterns in the joints and fabric.
