To authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 396 Iron Man Mark XV Sneaky Armor, verify that the packaging includes the official Hot Toys logo, the MMS396 product code, and a unique serial number on the box and the figure's base. Check the figure for high-quality paint application, crisp sculpting, and the presence of the included accessories, such as the display stand and interchangeable hands, which are standard for this 2016 release. If the figure lacks these specific markings or exhibits poor manufacturing quality, it is likely a counterfeit, and you should consult the Hot Toys authentication guidelines or a professional appraiser for further verification.

The Hot Toys MMS 396 Iron Man Mark XV Sneaky Armor (Retro Version) is no longer in production and is not available for purchase new from the manufacturer. To condition-check this figure, inspect the plastic for stress cracks, particularly around the joints and the articulated armor plates, and verify that the paint is free from chipping or fading. Examine the included accessories, such as the repulsor effects and display stand, for any signs of wear or damage, and ensure the packaging is intact if you are assessing it as a sealed item. Since this is a mass-produced 1/6th scale figure, it is not typically submitted to third-party grading services like PSA, so value is determined by the overall cosmetic condition of the figure and its original box.
