The Hot Toys MMS 422 Belle is not considered rare, as it was a standard production figure released in 2017. Being part of the widely distributed Movie Masterpiece Series, it was available through major retailers and is currently easily found in the secondary market.
The Hot Toys MMS 422 Belle is a 1/6 scale diecast model of the Belle from the 1998 animated film *Beauty and the Beast*, released in 2017. As a mass-produced item that is no longer in production, its value is determined by the secondary market, where prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging integrity, and current demand. I cannot provide a specific current market value without real-time access to live sales data, so I recommend checking recent completed listings on platforms like eBay to determine its current worth.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. To authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 422 Belle, you should inspect the packaging for the official Hot Toys logo, check for the correct MPN (MMS422) on the box and base, and examine the sculpting quality, paint application, and articulation for consistency with known genuine 2017 releases. If the item lacks these hallmarks or appears poorly manufactured, it is likely a counterfeit.

The Hot Toys MMS 422 Belle, released in 2017, is no longer in production and is not available to purchase new from the manufacturer. As a discontinued collectible, it is typically only found in the secondary market through third-party resellers, where prices and availability fluctuate based on condition and demand.
I cannot find reliable information regarding a Hot Toys product with the specific MPN MMS422 or a 2017 release of Belle under that designation. Consequently, I cannot provide accurate grading criteria or condition-checking protocols for this specific item without risking speculation. I recommend verifying the exact model number and manufacturer, as MMS prefixes are typically associated with Mattel, not Hot Toys, to ensure you are referencing the correct collectible.
