The provided UPC 4900000000000 is a generic placeholder and does not correspond to a valid commercial product code for Hot Toys, so you cannot authenticate the item using that number. To verify authenticity, inspect the figure for high-quality sculpting, correct paint applications, and the official Hot Toys logo on the packaging and base, as counterfeit versions often feature poor detailing and misspelled text. Since I cannot verify the specific physical item you possess, I recommend comparing your figure against verified images from the official Hot Toys website or reputable collector forums.

The Hot Toys MMS 433 Grand Moff Tarkin is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from the manufacturer. As a 2017 release, this figure is considered discontinued, meaning any new units found on the market are likely remaining third-party stock or mislabeled items. Collectors seeking this specific figure should look for used copies on secondary markets.
Grading a Hot Toys MMS 433 Grand Moff Tarkin involves inspecting the 1/6th scale figure for common defects such as paint transfer, seam lines, or loose joints, as well as checking the included accessories and display base for wear. While major grading services like PSA do not typically grade standard 1/6th scale action figures, you can assess its condition by comparing it to original retail packaging and verifying the integrity of the included weapons and stands. For a formal valuation, consult specialized collectibles dealers who deal in high-end Star Wars figures, as standard toy grading services generally do not cover this specific product category.
