The MMS 570 Stan Lee originally retailed for $240.00. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
The MMS 570 Stan Lee is not a product manufactured by Hot Toys, as that company specializes in 1/6th scale action figures and does not produce items with the MMS prefix. The MMS designation typically refers to the "Marvel Masterpiece Series" of trading cards produced by Topps, which are standard collectible cards rather than high-end figures. Therefore, if your item is a trading card, authenticity is determined by checking for Topps holographic stickers, correct printing quality, and the presence of a serial number, while the Hot Toys attribution in your records is likely an error.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Hot Toys MMS 570 Stan Lee is currently in print or available to buy new. As a limited edition collectible released in 2020, it is likely out of production and generally only available through the secondary market.
The MMS 570 Stan Lee is a 1/6 scale action figure, which is not a standard item for third-party grading services like PSA, CGC, or Beckett that typically handle trading cards, comics, and coins. To condition-check this figure, you should inspect it yourself for common defects such as paint transfer on the fabric, loose joints, missing accessories, or damage to the sculpting, particularly on the face and hands. Value is primarily determined by the figure's completeness and the condition of its original packaging, so retaining the box and all included parts is essential for maintaining resale value.
