The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the MMS 618 Silver Centurion is not considered rare. It is a standard production 1/6th scale figure released by Hot Toys in late 2021, and it was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While specific color variants can sometimes command higher prices if they are discontinued, this particular model was part of a regular product line rather than a limited edition run.
The MMS 618 Silver Centurion (Armor Suit Up) by Hot Toys is a niche collectible, and its value fluctuates based on condition, packaging integrity, and current market demand. Because specific, reliable real-time pricing data for this exact SKU is not consistently available in major public databases, I cannot provide a definitive monetary figure. I recommend checking recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay to determine its current fair market value.
To authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 618 Silver Centurion, verify that the packaging includes the official Hot Toys logo, the specific MPN MMS618, and a unique serial number on the box and the figure's base. Check the figure itself for high-quality paint application, consistent sculpting, and the presence of the "Armor Suit Up" accessory parts, as counterfeit items often feature poor molding, faded colors, or missing articulation points. If you purchased the item from an authorized retailer, retaining the original receipt and box is the most reliable method of proving authenticity, though there is no universal database for individual serial number verification.

The Hot Toys MMS618 Silver Centurion (Armor Suit Up) is a limited edition 1/6 scale figure that was released in late 2021. As a limited production item, it is no longer in print and is not available to purchase new directly from the manufacturer. Collectors typically seek this figure on the secondary market, where availability is sporadic and prices often exceed the original retail value.
Grading a Hot Toys MMS 618 Silver Centurion involves inspecting the silver chrome finish for scratches, scuffs, or plating wear, as well as checking the clear plastic armor pieces for clouding or cracks. You should also verify that the articulation points are intact and that the included accessories, such as the alternate hands and weapons, are free from damage. Since Hot Toys figures are generally not submitted to third-party grading services like PSA for a numerical score, condition is typically assessed by the seller or buyer based on these visual and functional checks.
