You can authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 629 Doctor Strange by checking the packaging for the official Hot Toys logo, the MMS629 product code, and a scannable QR code that links to the manufacturer's verification database. Examine the figure's sculpting, paint application, and articulation points for consistency with official reference photos, as counterfeit items often exhibit poor paint quality or misaligned parts. If the packaging lacks these specific identifiers or the figure feels significantly lighter than the standard 1/6th scale weight, it is likely a replica.

The Hot Toys MMS 629 Doctor Strange figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from the manufacturer. It is a limited production item that has been discontinued, so any remaining stock would be found through third-party resellers or the secondary market.
To condition-check the Hot Toys MMS 629 Doctor Strange figure, inspect the head sculpt for hairline cracks, particularly around the jawline and ears, and verify that the paint application on the robe and skin is free of smudges or chipping. Examine the articulation points for any play-worn stress marks or loose joints, and check the included accessories and display stand for scuffs or missing parts. Since this is a modern 1/6th scale product, grading is typically done on a 1-10 scale based on overall cosmetic integrity, with a perfect 10 requiring the figure to be in original, unopened packaging.
