The Hot Toys MMS 683 Jake Sully is not considered rare, as it was a standard production 1/6th scale figure released in 2023. Being a mass-produced item from a major manufacturer, it is widely available through authorized retailers and the secondary market. Its value is generally stable and does not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited-edition or discontinued collectibles.
I cannot find reliable information regarding the specific market value of the Hot Toys MMS 683 Jake Sully figure. Because collectible prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and regional availability, I recommend checking current completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay for accurate pricing data.
I cannot determine the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person or reviewing high-resolution images of the packaging, box, and figure details. To authenticate a Hot Toys product, you should verify that the packaging features the official Hot Toys logo, check for the presence of the manufacturer's barcode and country of origin labeling, and inspect the figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting, and the correct accessory set listed for the MMS683 release. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is highly likely to be genuine, but any discrepancies in the box seal or component quality should be reported to the seller for verification.

Hot Toys typically produces limited runs of its 1/6 scale Movie Masterpiece Series figures, and the Jake Sully figure from *Avatar: The Way of Water* is no longer in print. Consequently, it is not available to purchase new directly from the manufacturer or authorized retailers, and collectors generally must seek out pre-owned units through the secondary market.
To grade the Hot Toys MMS 683 Jake Sully, you should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint transfers, hairline cracks in the plastic, and loose joints, while also verifying that all included accessories and display stands are present and undamaged. For a professional grade, the figure must be submitted to a third-party grading service like CGC, which will evaluate the item’s condition on a 10-point scale and encase it in a tamper-evident slab. If you are checking the condition yourself for resale, pay close attention to the articulation points and the condition of the fabric elements, as these are frequent areas of wear.
