Is my MMS 870 D82 Iron Man Mark VII (Exo-Chrome Clear Version) real, and how do I authenticate it?
To authenticate your Hot Toys MMS 870 D82 Iron Man Mark VII, first verify the SKU 915648 and UPC 4895228625182 against the product packaging and the official Hot Toys catalog. How do I grade or condition-check a MMS 870 D82 Iron Man Mark VII (Exo-Chrome Clear Version)?
To condition-check this Hot Toys 1/6 scale figure, inspect the Exo-Chrome Clear parts for micro-scratches, clouding, or peeling, as the clear coating is particularly susceptible to surface damage. Examine the joints and hinges for play-wear or looseness, and check the chrome accents for oxidation or dulling. Verify that the included accessories, such as the repulsor effects and display stand, are intact and free of cracks. Since this is a mass-produced collectible rather than a comic book, grading typically focuses on the physical integrity of the figure and its packaging, so ensure the box is square and undamaged if you are preparing it for a professional grading service.
