Common questions about the Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released in 2024 as part of the regular Funko Pop! Games line, meaning it was widely distributed and is generally easy to find in retail stores and online marketplaces.
The Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games (SKU 969) is a standard retail item released in 2024, and its value is primarily determined by its original retail price, which was typically around $12.99. Because it is a recent release without a significant secondary market premium, it is generally worth its retail price if new in box, or slightly less if opened. Specific collectible value would only increase if the figure were part of a special limited edition or if the market for this specific character saw a sudden surge in demand.
To authenticate your Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 969, and a valid UPC barcode. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the specific moonlight finish, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy detailing or incorrect color saturation. You can further confirm authenticity by checking the packaging for the standard Funko manufacturing information and comparing the figure against high-resolution images from the official Funko website.
The Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games was released in 2024 by Funko.
Funko Pop! Games items are generally produced in limited runs and are not typically kept in continuous print like standard retail figures. Consequently, the Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games (SKU 969) is likely no longer available to buy new directly from Funko or major retailers, and buyers should check secondary markets for current stock.
To condition-check a Moonlight Freddy Pop! Games, inspect the vinyl surface for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint chips, or uneven color application, paying close attention to the moonlight effect areas. Verify that the figure is securely attached to the base and that the packaging is intact, as unopened boxes are generally required for professional grading services. If you intend to submit the item for a third-party grade, ensure it is in its original sealed box, as most grading companies will not accept opened figures for standard Pop! grading.
