No, the Moonwind Pop! Disney (SKU 746) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from the Disney Villains collection that was widely distributed through major retailers and Funko's own channels. While specific variants like Chase figures or exclusive editions may be harder to find, the base model remains a common item in the secondary market.
The value of a Funko Pop! Disney Moonwind (SKU 746) fluctuates based on market demand, condition, and whether the figure is sealed in its box. As a standard retail item, its value is generally tied to its original retail price, typically ranging between $10 and $15, though specific pricing can vary by retailer. There is no widely recognized premium for this specific figure beyond its standard market value, so it is best to check current listings on secondary marketplaces for the most accurate, up-to-date pricing.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it in person. Generally, authentic Funko Pop! figures feature crisp, consistent paint application, a smooth plastic finish without rough seams, and a "Funko" logo embossed on the base. You can cross-reference the SKU 746 against official Funko catalogs to confirm the correct colorway and packaging details for the Moonwind character.
The Moonwind Pop! Disney figure was released in 2019. It is part of the Star Wars: The Mandalorian series and was made available to the public in late 2019.
Funko has discontinued the Moonwind Pop! Disney figure (SKU 746), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While it may occasionally appear on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon, availability is sporadic and prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Moonwind Pop! Disney (SKU 746) involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint chips, seam lines, and scratches, paying particular attention to the moon and wind effects which are prone to breakage. Verify that the figure is seated correctly in the base and that the window card is free of significant creases or damage. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the presence of these flaws.
