The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Morticia Addams (In Chair) Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released in 2024 as part of Funko's regular television series, meaning it is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets.
As a 2024 release, this item is likely still trading near its original retail price, typically between $10 and $15, depending on current local stock availability. Because it is a recent addition to the Funko lineup, it has not yet established a significant secondary market premium. Prices may fluctuate slightly based on regional demand, but it generally does not command a high resale value at this stage.
You can authenticate your Funko Pop! Morticia Addams (In Chair) by verifying that the box features the official Funko logo, a scannable QR code, and a holographic sticker, while the figure itself should have a smooth, uniform vinyl finish with no visible mold lines or paint overspray. Check that the base is securely attached and that the SKU 1550 matches the product code printed on the box's barcode label. If the packaging appears damaged, the vinyl feels rough, or the colors are significantly off from official product images, the item may be a counterfeit.
The Morticia Addams (In Chair) Pop! Television was released in 2024 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose real-time print status or future discontinuation schedules for specific Pop! Television figures. To grade the Morticia Addams (In Chair) Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, paying close attention to the chair structure and Morticia's long hair for any stress fractures. Check the packaging for the "window" clarity and ensure the figure is securely seated without shifting. For a formal grade, submit the item to a professional service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the presence of flaws and the condition of the original box.
