No, the Morticia Addams Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2019 release of the *Addams Family* movie line, and it was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels. While specific exclusivity variants may have limited print runs, the standard SKU 801 figure is a common collectible.
The value of a 2019 Morticia Addams Pop! Movies figure (SKU 801) typically ranges from $10 to $20 for a new, unopened box, while loose figures generally sell for $5 to $10. Prices can fluctuate based on market demand and condition, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay provides the most accurate current valuation.
To authenticate your 2019 Morticia Addams Pop! (SKU 801), first verify that the box is sealed with the correct Funko branding and that the figure itself features the standard vinyl material with the characteristic "Pop!" face. Check the bottom of the figure for the molded "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without significant bleeding or misalignment, which are common signs of counterfeits. While specific SKU numbers are not typically molded onto the figure itself, you can cross-reference the packaging design and character details against official Funko release images for the 2019 *Addams Family* movie line to confirm accuracy.
The Morticia Addams Pop! Movies was released in 2019 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Morticia Addams Pop! Movies figure (SKU 801), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While the item is not available through official retail channels, it may occasionally appear on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon Marketplace, where prices are typically higher due to its out-of-print status.
To grade a Morticia Addams Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface for any scuffs, paint chips, or molding defects, paying close attention to the hair and dress details. Check the base for stability and ensure the figure stands upright without wobbling, as a loose base can significantly impact its value. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service, though most collectors simply assess condition visually on a scale from Mint to Poor.
