I cannot verify the authenticity of your specific item without physical inspection. Generally, you can check for the SooSooToys logo, the MPN SST025, and the 2021 production date on the packaging or base, and compare the paint quality and sculpting details against verified images from the manufacturer's official channels.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Mr Butcher (SST025) by SooSooToys is currently in print or available for purchase new. As a 2021 release, it is likely a limited edition figure that is now out of production, meaning it is typically only available through the secondary market.
Grading a Mr Butcher from SooSooToys involves inspecting the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint transfer, particularly on high-contact areas like the hands and face. You should also verify that the articulation points move smoothly without excessive play or stiffness, and check the eyes for any clouding or damage. Since this is a niche designer toy, professional third-party grading services like PSA or Beckett may not have established standards for it, so documenting the condition with high-resolution photos and noting any specific flaws is the most practical approach for resale.
