Common questions about the Mr. Mittens Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Mr. Mittens Pop! Disney (SKU 743) is not considered rare, as it is a standard production figure from a widely distributed Disney series. It was released as part of the general Funko Pop! Disney lineup and remains readily available through major retailers and secondary markets. Unlike limited edition or exclusive variants, this figure does not have a restricted production run that drives up scarcity.
The value of a Mr. Mittens Pop! Disney figure (SKU 743) varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is in the original box, and current market demand. As a standard retail item, it typically sells for its original retail price of around $12.00 to $15.00 if new in box, while used copies generally command a lower price. For precise, up-to-date valuations, checking recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay is the most reliable method.
To authenticate your Funko Mr. Mittens Pop! (SKU 743), first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the correct weight and solid, non-hollow feel typical of genuine vinyl. Check the base of the figure for a clear, sharp "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without bleeding or excessive flash. If the packaging, weight, and molding details align with known authentic examples, the item is likely genuine, though there is no single definitive serial number to check for this specific SKU.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the specific release date for the Mr. Mittens Pop! Disney figure with SKU 743. While Funko releases figures in waves throughout the year, the exact launch date for this specific item is not clearly documented in available sources.
Funko has discontinued the Mr. Mittens Pop! Disney figure, so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While it may occasionally appear on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon, these listings typically represent used inventory or third-party resellers.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so you should inspect the item yourself for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or chipped plastic. Check the eyes for proper alignment and ensure the figure is not loose in its box, as these factors significantly impact its condition. If the item is sealed, you can only verify the packaging integrity, such as checking for box crushing or shelf wear, without opening it to examine the figure.
