The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the MSGT. Frank Woods Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2015 as part of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 series, and it remains widely available in the secondary market.
The standard retail price for the 2015 Funko Pop! Sgt. Major Frank Woods (SKU 69) is typically around $12.99, but its current market value is generally lower, often ranging between $5 and $10 for a new-in-box copy. Because this figure was part of a large initial release and is not a rare variant, it does not command a premium in the secondary market. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on the condition of the box and local demand, but it is not considered a high-value collectible.
To authenticate your 2015 Funko Pop! of MSGT. Frank Woods (SKU 69), first verify that the figure is accompanied by the original sealed box, as Funko does not sell loose figures directly to consumers. Check the box for the official Funko logo, the specific SKU number 69, and a barcode that matches the product listing. Inspect the figure itself for consistent paint application, correct proportions, and the standard Funko manufacturing quality, noting that any significant paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or poor molding suggests a counterfeit. If the item was purchased from a reputable retailer and the packaging and figure align with these criteria, it is likely authentic.

The MSGT. Frank Woods Pop! Games figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. This item is considered out of production, meaning it can only be purchased through the secondary market from third-party sellers or collectors.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seams, or misaligned eyes, as well as checking for any signs of damage like cracks or scratches. You should also verify that the figure is in its original, unopened box with the window intact and no signs of wear, creasing, or tampering, since sealed boxes command higher value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional grading service, though this is rarely done for standard Pop! figures due to the cost relative to their market value.
