The Nega Scott Pop! Movies figure (SKU 470) is a standard production item from 2017, and its value is primarily determined by market demand for the character rather than rarity. In typical retail and secondary markets, these figures generally trade for between $5 and $15, with prices fluctuating based on condition and whether the item is new in box. Because it is a common release, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail price.

Grading a Nega Scott Pop! Movie figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint imperfections, and joint integrity, while also verifying that the original box is free from significant wear, creases, or damage. Since this is a standard mass-produced item, professional grading is rarely necessary for casual collectors, but you should check for common defects like loose limbs or faded "Nega" color accents. If you are seeking a formal grade, you can submit the figure to major services like PSA, though the cost may exceed the item's value.
