The Night Lights Pop! Movies series is not considered rare, as it was a widely distributed standard release by Funko in 2019. These figures were commonly available at major retailers and convention exclusives during that period, making them relatively easy to find on the secondary market. While specific characters within the series may vary in popularity, the line itself is a common collectible.
The value of a Funko Pop! Movies Night Lights figure (SKU 727) varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is in the original box, and current market demand. As a 2019 release, it is no longer considered a new item, so prices are typically lower than for current-year releases. Without a specific movie title or character associated with this SKU, it is difficult to provide a precise figure, but unopened figures from this era generally trade in the range of $10 to $25, while opened figures may sell for less.
Funko Pop! Movies #727 Night Lights is a legitimate 2019 release, and you can authenticate it by checking for the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Movies" branding, and the specific SKU number 727 on the packaging. Verify that the figure's paint application is clean and that the vinyl has the standard matte finish without excessive gloss or rough seams. If the box lacks the standard Funko security features or the figure appears poorly molded, it is likely a counterfeit.
The Night Lights Pop! Movies was released in 2019 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Night Lights Pop! Movies line, so these figures are no longer in print and cannot be purchased new directly from the manufacturer. While specific individual figures may occasionally appear as new old stock on third-party marketplaces, the standard availability for this series is limited to used or pre-owned items.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! Night Lights figure, first inspect the LED light mechanism to ensure it powers on consistently and does not flicker, as this is the primary functional component. Next, examine the vinyl body for any scuffs, cracks, or paint chips, paying close attention to the light-emitting areas which are often more prone to wear. Finally, verify that the figure is securely seated in its base and that the original packaging is free from significant damage, as these factors collectively determine the item's resale value.
