Pop! Rocks are small, mass-produced vinyl figures that are not typically submitted for third-party grading services like PSA or Beckett, as the market value does not justify the cost of encapsulation. To condition-check the item, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the crown accessory is intact and securely attached. Check the box for any dents, creases, or damage to the window, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the resale value of the figure.
