Common questions about the Oogie Boogie (Bugs) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Oogie Boogie (Bugs) Pop! Vinyl is not considered a rare item. It is a standard production figure from the Disney line that is widely available through major retailers and the secondary market. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive release, its scarcity is low compared to special collector's editions.
The Oogie Boogie (Bugs) Pop! Disney, SKU 450, typically retails for approximately $12.99 to $14.99 when purchased new from major retailers. As a standard production figure from the *The Nightmare Before Christmas* line, its secondary market value generally remains close to its retail price, with fluctuations depending on condition and local demand.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Oogie Boogie (Bugs) #450, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself features the correct sculpt details, such as the specific texture of his skin and the accurate color of his eyes. Check the bottom of the figure's head for the standard "Funko" logo and copyright date, which should align with the release year of the product. If the paint application is sloppy, the plastic feels unusually thin, or the box lacks the proper SKU and barcode, it is likely a counterfeit.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Funko Pop! Disney Oogie Boogie variant with SKU 450. While Oogie Boogie figures exist in the Disney line, the specific "Bugs" variant and SKU number provided do not match verified catalog data available to me.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Oogie Boogie (Bugs) Pop! Disney (SKU 450) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. This specific variant appears to be a limited or exclusive release, meaning it is likely out of production and primarily available through the secondary market.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections under bright, direct light. Verify that the figure is securely seated in the base without gaps and that the clear plastic window is free of cracks, fogging, or peeling. If the original box is included, check for dinged corners, shelf wear, and the integrity of the seal, as these factors significantly impact resale value.
