Funko has not officially announced that the Optimus Prime Pop! Movies (SKU 1372) is out of print, so it remains technically in production. However, availability fluctuates significantly, and the figure is frequently out of stock at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and the Funko website. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects such as scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verifying that the eyes are properly aligned and free of smudges. You should also examine the box for any dents, tears, or creases, as a pristine box is essential for maintaining the item's value. While professional grading services like PSA can assign a numerical grade based on these factors, most collectors perform a visual inspection under good lighting to assess the figure's overall quality before purchase.
