The Orange Bird Pop! Disney figure (SKU 290) is a common collectible from the 2017 Disney line, and its value is generally low, typically ranging from $5 to $15 for a new-in-box item. To authenticate your 2017 Orange Bird Pop! (SKU 290), verify that the figure features the standard Funko logo on the base and that the packaging displays the correct copyright and manufacturing information for that year. Check for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the specific character design details unique to the Disney line, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing or poor plastic quality. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, and verifying that the box is free of significant damage, dents, or wear. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's condition. Be aware that grading fees and turnaround times vary by service, and the process is irreversible.
