Common questions about the Orange Troll Pop! Trolls from Funko (2019).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Orange Troll Pop! Trolls is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from the 2019 Trolls movie line that was widely distributed through major retail channels. While specific variants like chase figures can be rare, this standard SKU is generally available and does not command a premium price in the secondary market.
The value of the 2019 Orange Troll Pop! Vinyl figure (SKU 04) is highly variable and depends on its condition and packaging. In the secondary market, an unopened figure typically sells for a modest premium over retail, while a loose figure is generally worth less than its original retail price. Exact current market prices fluctuate based on local demand and seller listings, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay provides the most accurate valuation.
To authenticate your 2019 Orange Troll Pop! vinyl figure, first examine the packaging for the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Trolls" branding, and the specific SKU number 04 on the box. Check the figure itself for the standard Pop! design features, such as the large head-to-body ratio, glossy finish, and the small "Funko" logo molded into the base of the feet. If the vinyl feels soft, the paint is chipped, or the box lacks a UPC barcode and copyright information, it is likely a counterfeit. For definitive verification, compare your item side-by-side with a verified authentic example from a reputable retailer or consult a Funko authentication service.
The Orange Troll Pop! Trolls was released in 2019 by Funko.
The Orange Troll Pop! Vinyl figure from the 2019 Trolls movie line is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a standard production item from that era, it has been discontinued, meaning new stock is no longer manufactured or sold by the manufacturer.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint defects, such as missing eyes, scratches, or scuffs, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body without gaps. You should also examine the acrylic display box for cracks, chips, or scratches, as well as check the printed lid for fading or damage. While third-party grading services like PSA exist for collectibles, they are rarely used for standard retail Funko Pops due to the low value relative to grading fees, so most collectors rely on visual inspection and checking for the original packaging.
