No, the Oscar Martinez Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It was part of a standard retail release in 2021 and was widely available through major toy and collectibles retailers. While specific production numbers are not publicly disclosed by Funko, the figure is generally accessible on the secondary market, making it a common item for collectors of the series.
The Oscar Martinez Pop! Television figure is a standard production item from 2021, and its value is generally determined by its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. As a common release, it typically trades at or below its original retail price in the secondary market, with unopened copies usually fetching between $5 and $10. Specific pricing can fluctuate based on local demand, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its current market value.
There is no reliable information confirming that Funko produced a Pop! Television figure of Oscar Martinez with SKU 1173 in 2021, as this specific character and SKU combination does not appear in standard Funko release records. Because the item in question is likely a misidentified product, a non-standard variant, or a counterfeit, you cannot authenticate it against official manufacturer specifications. I recommend comparing the item's packaging, font, and figure quality against verified listings for actual 2021 Funko releases to determine if it is a mislabeled product from a different series.

To condition-check an Oscar Martinez Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint loss, paying close attention to the face and hands where defects are most visible. Verify that the figure is securely seated on the base without excessive wobble and that the packaging is free from significant creases, tears, or water damage if you are evaluating the sealed product. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party grading service such as PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on standardized criteria for surface quality, color, and structural integrity.
