There is no reliable information indicating that a Palkia 10" Pop! Games figure with SKU 997 exists or was released by Funko in 2024. Condition-checking a Palkia 10" Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, with particular attention to the long, thin fins and tail which are prone to snapping. You should also verify that the eyes are intact and free of clouding, and check the base for any scuffing or instability that would affect display. While third-party grading services like PSA can provide a standardized score, most collectors perform a visual inspection under bright light to assess the figure's overall mint condition.
