To authenticate your Funko Pop! Movies Pennywise without Make-up (SKU 876), first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number, and a valid UPC barcode. Examine the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper eye alignment, and the specific sculpting details of the character, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or misaligned parts. While there is no single definitive test for authenticity, checking the weight of the figure and comparing the box's print quality against known genuine examples from 2020 can help identify fakes. Pop! figures are generally not sent to professional grading services like PSA or CGC, as these companies typically do not grade mass-produced vinyl collectibles. To condition-check the figure, inspect the vinyl for cracks, scratches, or paint imperfections and verify that the box is free of significant damage, fading, or shelf wear. If the figure is unopened, the condition of the box is the primary factor determining its value.
