Common questions about the Peter Pan Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Peter Pan Pop! Disney (SKU 815) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from Funko's mainline Disney collection, which has been widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces since its release. While specific variants like chases or exclusions may have lower print runs, the standard version remains a common item in the collectible market.
The value of a Peter Pan Pop! Disney (SKU 815) varies significantly based on its condition, packaging, and current market demand, so there is no single fixed price. As a standard retail item, its value is generally tied to its original retail price, which was typically around $12 to $15, unless it is sold in a sealed box with a premium. For an accurate, up-to-date valuation, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay, as prices fluctuate based on collector interest and availability.
To authenticate a Funko Pop! figure, verify that the box is sealed with a holographic sticker and that the figure itself has a smooth, uniform finish without visible mold lines or paint overspray. Check the bottom of the figure for a clear, legible copyright stamp and the correct SKU number (815) matching the product listing. If the packaging or figure details appear off, you can cross-reference images with Funko’s official website or contact their customer service for verification.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the specific release date for the Peter Pan Pop! Disney figure (SKU 815). While Funko regularly releases Disney characters, exact launch dates for individual SKUs are not consistently documented in public records.
Funko has discontinued the Peter Pan Pop! Disney (SKU 815), meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new directly from the manufacturer. While it is no longer available through official retail channels, copies may still be found on the secondary market, such as eBay or other collectibles platforms, though prices and availability will vary.
To condition-check a Peter Pan Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl surface for cracks, chips, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the hat, sword, and facial features. Verify that the figure is securely seated in the base without gaps or wobble, and check the acrylic window for scratches or cloudiness. Ensure the printed logo and copyright information on the box are crisp and legible, as these details impact the item's value.
