No, the Peter Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2020 lineup, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific variants like Chase or Exclusive editions may be harder to find, the standard SKU 863 is a common item for collectors.
The value of a Peter Pop! Movies figure (SKU 863) varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is sealed in its box, and current market demand. As a standard 2020 release, it typically sells for a modest price in the secondary market, often ranging from a few dollars to around $10 to $15 for a sealed item. I cannot provide a precise real-time valuation without access to live sales data, so checking recent completed listings on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its current worth.
There is no reliable evidence that Funko produced a "Peter" Pop! Movies vinyl figure with SKU 863 in 2020, as this SKU typically corresponds to other characters or product lines. Because the specific item described does not appear to exist in standard Funko catalogs, you should verify the authenticity of your figure by checking the packaging for a valid UPC, a copyright date, and the official Funko logo, while also inspecting the vinyl for consistent molding and paint application. If the item lacks these standard manufacturing markers or the SKU does not match any known release, it is likely a counterfeit or a mislabeled product.

The Peter Pop! Movies figure (SKU 863) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko or major retail partners. As a 2020 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is only available through the secondary market, such as online resale platforms, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
There is no standardized third-party grading service specifically for Peter Pop! Movies, as most major grading companies focus on trading cards, comics, and high-value collectibles. To assess the condition of this figure, you should inspect it for common defects such as paint chips, seam lines, missing accessories, or damage to the vinyl, while noting that the original box condition significantly impacts its value. If you require a formal valuation, you can consult with a local coin and collectible shop or an online marketplace appraiser, but be aware that these assessments are subjective and not universally recognized.
