Common questions about the Phantom Foxy Pop! Games from Funko (2017).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Phantom Foxy Pop! Games is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released by Funko in 2017 as part of the regular Five Nights at Freddy's line, meaning it was widely available and not a limited edition or exclusive release.
The value of a 2017 Phantom Foxy Pop! Games figure (SKU 205) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is in the original box. As a common item from a popular series, it typically sells for a modest amount, often ranging from $5 to $15 for a loose figure or a standard boxed copy in the secondary market. Prices can fluctuate, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its current market value.
To authenticate your 2017 Phantom Foxy Pop! (SKU 205), first verify that the box is sealed with the standard Funko shrink wrap and that the window is clear and undamaged. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, particularly on the purple fur and red eyes, and ensure the plastic has the characteristic matte finish without excessive shine or rough seams. Check that the base is smooth and that the figure stands upright without wobbling, as poor balance can indicate a counterfeit. If the packaging is missing or the figure shows signs of tampering, the item is likely not authentic.
The Phantom Foxy Pop! Games was released in 2017 by Funko.
The 2017 Phantom Foxy Pop! Games figure (SKU 205) is discontinued and no longer in print. It is not available to buy new from Funko or major retail partners, meaning it can only be purchased on the secondary market.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the box for damage and the figure for paint defects, chipped plastic, or misaligned parts. Check the eyes for cloudiness and the seams for gaps, as these are common indicators of wear. Since the value of a 2017 release is largely dependent on it being sealed in its original box, any visible damage to the packaging will significantly impact its market value.
