The Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! (SKU 797) is not considered rare. It is a standard retail release from Funko's Disney line, meaning it was widely available in stores and online. While its value may fluctuate based on condition and demand, it is not a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The retail price for the Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! (SKU 797) is typically around $12.00 to $15.00. As a standard production item, its value is generally pegged to its retail price, meaning it is usually worth roughly $10 to $15 in the secondary market. Special editions or rare color variants may command a higher premium, but the standard version rarely appreciates significantly above its original retail cost.
To authenticate your Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! (SKU 797), first verify the box seal is intact and check the holographic sticker on the bottom of the box, which should display the correct SKU and a unique verification code. Inspect the vinyl figure for sharp, clean edges and a consistent matte or glossy finish, as mass-produced Funks have a uniform texture and weight. Compare the packaging font, logo placement, and the specific "Plane Crazy" costume details against official Funko product images, noting that authentic items feature precise paint application and correct proportions. If the box appears damaged, the sticker is missing, or the figure feels lightweight or has rough seams, it is likely a counterfeit.
The Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! Disney (SKU 797) was released in 2023. It is part of the Disney Movie Moments collection.
The Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! (SKU 797) is currently out of print. While it is no longer produced by Funko, it remains available for purchase as new-in-box through third-party retailers and secondary marketplaces, though prices often exceed the original retail value due to its discontinued status.
To grade a Plane Crazy Mickey Pop! (SKU 797), you should inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, hairline cracks, and paint chips, paying close attention to the propeller and wings which are prone to damage. Check that the eyes are intact and the paint is not faded, as these are common wear points on this specific design. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a professional service like PSA or Beckett, but for a quick self-assessment, hold the figure up to a light source to reveal any internal cracks or molding defects.
